Service terms

CertLedger is an administrative document collection and tracking service. It helps clients maintain a vendor register, collect files, track dates, send authorized follow-ups, and review exceptions.

Client responsibilities

The client defines required document types, provides authorized vendor contacts, reviews received documents, and decides whether a vendor meets its insurance, contractual, or legal requirements. CertLedger does not give insurance or legal advice, validate coverage adequacy, review endorsements for sufficiency, certify compliance, or decide vendor eligibility.

Accounts and data

Clients are responsible for authorized account users and the accuracy of entered dates. Files are held for human review before client download. A customer agreement must define retention, deletion, breach notification, service levels, and permitted email contacts.

Pilot pricing and payment

The planned pilot price is $249 per month for up to 50 vendors, subject to final scope and written agreement. Live payment collection is not enabled by this draft. Test checkout may be used in staging.

Legal review
