04 / SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY

Your documents deserve
careful handling.

Uploaded files are stored in a private bucket and held for review before client download. Access is scoped to your organization, with expiring links, audit records, and deletion controls.

CertLedger collects and tracks documents. We do not advise on insurance, determine coverage adequacy, verify legal compliance or endorsements, or decide whether a vendor is eligible. Your team and its advisers remain responsible for those decisions.

05 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Good to know.

Does CertLedger approve insurance coverage?

No. CertLedger is an administrative document collection and tracking service. Your team determines its requirements and makes all approval and eligibility decisions.

Can vendors upload their own certificates?

Yes. Scoped links expire and accept PDF or common image formats. Files are held for review before client download.

How do renewal reminders work?

Dates are tracked in the register. With configured sender details and contact preferences, renewal requests can be scheduled around 90, 60, and 30 days before expiry. Sending is disabled until authorized.

Is the pilot price final?

The planned pilot is $249 per month for up to 50 vendors. We will confirm the scope and final terms before accepting payment.
